As you look at the value of lettuce, the longer you have it away from the store or away from the field, you notice that it starts to decrease in value, and PC components are similar. I concluded I could come up with ten rules of failure relating to the largest failure that I know about-and it had nothing to do with me directly-but it was a very large failure. The topic is "What killed the Soviet Union?" Why mess around? Let's go with a big failure and see if we can figure out what happened.
